Hala Bou Alwan is an international MC, global legal advisor, and TV presenter with over 22 years of experience. Known for her ability to connect with audiences across cultures, she has engaged government leaders, CEOs, regulators, innovators, celebrities, cultural icons, and entrepreneurs at both local and international events delivering in Arabic and English with equal impact.

As the producer and host of Dubai TV’s Lands of Dreams & Achievements and The Hala Show, and through her work as a human rights legal advisor, Hala has moderated and interviewed hundreds of high-level figures from presidents, prime ministers, ministers, and royals to diplomats, changemakers, and globally admired entrepreneurs. Her conversations range from light and entertaining to serious and deeply moving, uncovering leadership insights, inspiring success stories, and moments of raw humanity. This ability to combine substance with emotional resonance has become her signature.

Beyond the stage and screen, Hala is the Founder & CEO of Hala Bou Alwan Legal, a boutique advisory firm specializing in human rights, governance, and compliance. Academically, Hala holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Boston University (USA), a dual LLM in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Crimes from Université La Sagesse (Lebanon), and a JD in Law from the Lebanese University Law School.
